When I opened up my blog to post this Sinful Sunday I had to brush cobwebs away from the keyhole and I’m sure there was a creek of rusty hinges as the doors swung back.
I may come back to writing, but I’m lacking inspiration for it just now.
Anyway, here’s a hotel room picture. I’m renting a house at the moment, waiting for the owners of the place I’m buying to find somewhere to move to. I feel claustrophobic if I spend too much time here, so once every couple of weeks I spend a night or two in London, play poker and stay in a hotel. They gave me a room upgrade this time, a suite with dark red curtains separating the areas.
It felt like a waste to be there on my own. Nice though, to have a bit of luxury.
The hotel has added a new restaurant since I last stayed there. It’s in what used to be a bank next door. They’ve done a great job with the conversion and the food is amazing.
More Sunday sin here:
I’m glad you enjoyed a little bit of extra luxury during your stay, it seems we all benefited from it.
It does indeed seem like a waste. A hotel room shared is always better than on ones own

Ooft! That looks like a hotel room that is built for a luxurious time that makes people smile. Your picture has definitely made me smile.
Those red curtains are wonderful and such a great frame for your photos. Hope you win big
