I’ve hit a bump in the road. At first I thought it was a speed bump; you know the type: slow down a bit, a small crunch as you go over it, then carry on with your journey. A hundred yards later you’ve forgotten it.
After further examination (of the medical kind) it transpires that this particular bump is more the “rip the bottom off the car and put it in the garage for six months” kind.
I’m going to let that somewhat laboured metaphor fester for a bit before I commit to it.
To cut a long story short, my heart isn’t working properly and I may need a significant surgery on it. I’m disappointed to realise that a chance to treat this was missed by the specialists two years ago and again three months ago. Instead nothing was done til I turned up at A&E at three in the morning with symptoms of a heart attack.
So the image: the week before this happened was full of kinky adventures and I had felt turned on and alive. I had bought a piece of fetish underwear for a future session. Here I’m modelling it with a rather less sexy heart monitor. The bruises are from multiple stomach injections in hospital
I feel I’ve been wrenched from one world, a world of kinky meet-ups in rental dungeons, and into another world which is all doctor’s appointments and tests and procedures. I fervently hope I’ll eventually find my way back to the first world. It’s where my true energy lies.
