KATIE, SEX WORKER (kotw)

By | 22nd September 2018

Katie broke a bone in her hand. She did this the day after she moved to a new apartment, the worst possible time for her. For others, having a wrist in a cast (not even her writing hand) would be an inconvenience, but for Katie it means she can’t work for a month.

Sex workers don’t get sick pay.

I like Katie and wanted to help her out so I offered to pay for some of her time, but rather than use it for hot spanky sex, I suggested we meet for a drink and she let me do an informal interview with her so that my readers, many of whom will have no contact with sex workers, could get an insight into the life of a professional submissive. I also offered to help her cash flow by paying for a session in advance. Katie was great, opening up about her life for me. We’d have got in deeper if we hadn’t continually got side-tracked into reminiscing about some of the hot things we have done together.

We started with the most important question:

Katie on Doctor Who (she’s a confirmed Whovian): I’m actually really worried about Jodie Whittaker. I mean, having a female Doctor is great but I saw her in Broadchurch and that medical drama and I didn’t really like her in either. She came across as whiny. I’m excited that it will be on soon, but nervous to see how she turns out.

Katie on early days:  I knew really early that I liked pain, maybe earlier than you (I had told Katie my first experience was at 8 years old). If another kid pinched me I liked it and I would seek that out. Unlike you, I had the internet so quite early on I could research and discover that it wasn’t that I was weird; I could find others that were into the same thing. I got into a relationship with an older kid when I was quite young. I liked that he hurt me in the bedroom but I realised he was abusing me, bullying me at other times too. I had to leave him. I had a bunch of vanilla relationships where I felt I just couldn’t ask for what I really wanted and that became frustrating.

On turning professional: I was about 20 and out of money. I worked as a submissive in a New York Dungeon. I started as a switch but I’m a hopeless dominant. It was mostly fun and the money was good.

On moving to the UK: I was bored and had loved London on an earlier visit. An English friend invited me to move so I enrolled in a degree course and am still here 9 years later. I still absolutely love London; each area has it’s own character where New York has become more homogeneous. The food markets here are amazing; I know all the storekeepers in Borough Market.

On new clients and trust: I get a load of emails but maybe only see 5% of the people after my screening process. I talk to them for a while at the start of the first session and if I get a bad feeling, I show them the door. Sometimes you just get a feeling about people. For the first few sessions I don’t allow any bondage and there is never a cane in the room til I feel comfortable. When I really trust someone I let myself get fully immersed in the session and love being able to do that. I trust you like that. I’ve only had a couple of bad experiences from sessioning with the wrong people.

On sexuality: I am pretty much the same in my private life as I am when I work. It would be tiring if this was just a role I played for the job!

On role play: Role play can be great and I love it when people are really able to let the role play take them over. I client recently flew me to the US and put me up in a hotel room. He had set up a pole dancing rig in the room and twice a day for two hours that became the mast of a pirate ship for a role play that evolved over the three days I was there. It was amazing and really hot. I have another client who is really into Cosplay and he turns up with a huge suitcase full of clothes and props; everything down to the last detail. I trained as an actress so I love all that stuff. When you threw that ice water over me in our interrogation scene was amazing; it felt like we were both really living in the moment and immersed in our roles. I was disappointed that you didn’t take the role play all the way into the rape because that would have been hot for me, but both parties have to be OK with what’s happening.

On age: (after I’d made a comment about playing with a somewhat overweight 60 year old) No, don’t think like that! It’s not about age, it’s about the things we do together and the connection between us. The same with all my clients. I think our kinks line up really well and I feel that your own submission lets you understand where I am while we play. It’s not about age.

In response to the question “How would you like our sessions to evolve; what would be hot for you.” I’d like to feel that you had some fantasy from way back that you always wanted to play out and had thought: “Maybe I could actually do that with Katie.” Take me by surprise. We’re at the point where we don’t need to negotiate the session ahead of time, just grab me when I walk through the door and take me inside your head.

That’s quite an invitation that is!

Near the end of our time together we shared a moment of incredible hotness and intimacy. I have written a separate post about it here.
