AND THEN THERE WAS ONE (sinful sunday)

By | 26th December 2020

My first post from my new house, a little town house in a cathedral city in the south. I was lucky to find it as, only weeks before completion of the sale of my old place, I still had nowhere to move to.

My soon-to-be-ex and my kids were here on Christmas Day; we were so lucky when so many couldn’t achieve that. But now, one by one, they’ve gone.

And now there’s just me.

I now officially live alone.

I can see this having its benefits, not least the  opportunity to form a Covid support bubble with my oldest, who lives a couple of streets away, and to swap loaves of my sourdough for fresh fish from the kitchen where he works.

I THINK I’m going to enjoy it here. Let’s see how it goes…..
